Exchange POLICY

All the products are non-refundable.

No exchange will be made for any products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.

Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.

The company’s decision regarding exchange will be final.

EXCHANGE:

Contact our customer service if you wish to send the items through courier.

Exchange of item will only be allowed if: The customer has submitted a request for exchange via phone call, Facebook messenger/ website within 7 working days of receipt of the purchased item.

  1. Upon acceptance of the request for an exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer representative.
  2. Carefully repack the merchandise making sure all tags are intact, the product is unused, and the receipt is included..

The repacking process is as follows:

  1. Put the product in its original box and wrap it in a polythene bag, properly.
  2. Paste the address slip on the wrapped product and send it to:

CLAIM:

  1. For claims call customer service on JHSBJSN
  2. Claims of defective articles will only be entertained within 30 days of purchase.
  3. Original cash receipt required.
  4. The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address.
  5. The Courier company will not accept the product from the customer if it is not properly repacked or the address is not properly mentioned.
  6. The company’s decision regarding claims will be final.
