AMB Walk n Talk Pakistan (“AMB”) takes great pride in the quality of its products and strives to provide consumers with an overall positive product experience.

AMB stands behind its products if any got defected.

One Year Warranty

AMB warrants all the products with a ONE (1) Year Limited Warranty (“Warranty”):

Chargers, Hands-free, Wireless Headsets, Power Banks, Multimedia Speakers. This Warranty only covers defective parts, defective manufacture, faulty workmanship and failure to perform as intended.

This Warranty covers repairing of the same or replace with similar product of equal value, solely at AMB’ discretion.

This Warranty only applies to the original purchaser.

This Warranty does not cover any damage to any non-AMB product used in connection with a AMB product.

This Warranty does not apply to, or cover any damage due to misuse, mishandling, neglect, accident, tampering, unauthorized modification or alteration.

AMB’ liability to customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price of the warranted product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Warranty repairing any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in addition to this Warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon AMB.

Exclusion:

Damage or Burn caused by using the product outside its intended use, mishandling, neglect, accident, tampering or unauthorized modification, and alteration.

No Warranty will be Claimed for Data / Charging Cables.
